XtalTQ launched a new series TCXO, BT0507E. Freq. stability also keep ±50ppb over -40~+85℃.But phase noise@10MHz can meet -150dBc/1KHz, which closely approximate OCXO's.However, the price is bargain compared to OCXO. Phase noise still keep -140dBc/1KHz while frequency is 50MHz. Advantage of this series TCXO does not only improve phase noise but also hold ultra stable and wide operating temperature.
